Terms and Conditions:

* Limit of 20 FREE trackers per customer.

* Minimum 12 month contract with FREE tracking hardware.

* Due to the nature of the tracking unit and the various communications protocols in use, Precision Tracking cannot be held responsible for the failure or inability to locate a tracker after it is dispatched from our premises.

* Hardware Warranty: 12 month manufacturers warranty.

* Labour Warranty: 12 month installer warranty if performed by Precision Tracking.

* Precision Tracking reserves the right to change the Monthly charge per tracker with at least 30 days notice.

* Precision Tracking is not responsible for any lack of service as a result from tampering with the unit after installation.

* Precision Tracking retains ownership of all SIM cards if one is provided to Customer by Precision Tracking. 

* The Customer must return the SIM to Precision Tracking upon disconnection of the service. 

* Precision Tracking may charge Customers a SIM card replacement fee if Customers fail to return the SlM card within 30 days from disconnection. 

* Customers must inform Precision Tracking immediately if a SIM card is lost or damaged. Precision Tracking will proceed to disconnect or bar the Customer's connection (Customer will be responsible for all usage charges until disconnection). Customer may be charged a SIM replacement fee if SIM is lost or damaged.

* Any un-authorised use of the SIM card for any activity other than the use within the Precision Tracking hardware will be billed to the Customer.
